SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship anywhere in the United States, but if you want a nice accessory from outside the United States, we can do that too! It's an $8 shipping fee for within the United States and a $9 shipping fee for anyone outside the states.

RETURN POLICY 

Due to COVID-19, we cannot take back any returned knitwear. You are more than welcome to donate to a local shelter or thrift store. If someone else likes you knitwear, you have full discretion to say you made it for that person as a re-gifted item. We promise we won't tell.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We refund any payments for knitwear, but do not take back returns. Re-gift or donate at your discretion.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Contact heatherforenskyhobbytherapy@outlook.com for your tracking number or ask for a receipt. We like to help our local postal workers and we use their shipping & logistics to help us make sure your knitwear comes bundled up safely to your door.

NEW BATCH, NEW DESIGNS

Our yarn is purchased on Clearance from craft stores and websites or from local thrift shops to support local business. We do not buy our yarn at full price. Once the yarn is used up, that's it until the next design comes along.

MACHINE WASHABLE OR DRY CLEAN 

All our knitwear is machine washable to help with all the messes that happen. Just machine wash your products on the cold setting of your washer, lay them flat to try or take them to the dry cleaners. If you have a clothes steamer and an iron, we highly recommend using those too! ​

We do not keep your information. It's none of our business. Our business is just making sure you enjoy your knitted purchase.
