Once upon a time I took my hands for granted...until I worked in a warehouse and damaged them.

I tried everything to fix the damage: creams, balms, Epsom soaks. But nothing was working.

Until one day I saw an old pair of knitting needles and yarn...I thought I would give it a try.

It's funny how we take our simple activities for granted and forget that sometimes there are others more unfortunate than us who need help from time to time. This site is a dedication of my work and my hobby saving the one item I use the most in my life: my hands. I type, I tie my shoes, I use my hands on a constant basis that when I couldn't use them anymore...I thought I had to give up. But with the work of a little yarn and some needles, works of art and cozy comforts can come to life and hopefully keep you warm too.
